The Grocery Management System provides various features that allow for a user to manage groceries at home. A person is able to register an account or login to an existing account. Each account is able to create a group and manage it (e.g. add user, remove user, edit user permissions) or join a group. The system shall allow a user to manage their inventory (e.g. add item, remove item, add expiry date). Based on the listed items in the inventory, it can provide recipes for meals. The system shall notify the user of an item that is about to expire 1 week before the expiry date that is entered for the item. It must also notify the user that an item has expired at the exact date of expiry. A food expense and consumption tracker will be created that provides the user with information regarding their money spent on food and how much food they have used each month. (STILL NEEDS EDITING) |

A food expense and consumption tracker will be created for each account, that provides the user with information regarding their money spent on food and how much food they have used each month. The system must be able to provide the stated features within 5 seconds. |
