added else condition for the main loop to show message invalid input if anything entered other than from the list which was previously missing.

Added an extra function to lms.py to load users data. Also added the database file, and its dummy data on a txt file for convenience.

updated the code to include persistence with sqlite3, and added functions to perform full CRUD operations. code is fully functional, need some touches to improve user friendliness and could add more functionality
